2. Products & Availability

All floral arrangements are handcrafted using fresh blooms. In rare cases, certain flowers or accessories may be unavailable; we may substitute them with similar or higher-value items while maintaining the original style and quality.

3. Pricing & Payments

·       All prices are listed in AED and include VAT (where applicable).

·       Payments must be completed in full at checkout through our secure payment gateway.

·       FlowerSouq reserves the right to adjust prices, offers, or discounts at any time.

4. Orders & Delivery

·       Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

·       Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the specified cut-off time.

·       Accurate delivery details (recipient name, address, phone number) must be provided.

·       We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or recipient unavailability.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested before the order is processed. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, completed or dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds are handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, images, and branding are owned by FlowerSouq. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy & Data Security

8. Limitation of Liability

FlowerSouq is not liable for indirect losses, delays, or events beyond our control, including weather disruptions or courier delays.
