At FlowerSouq LLC, we are committed to delivering luxury floral arrangements and gifts with utmost care and punctuality. Please review our shipping terms to understand how we ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Dubai, Sharjah, and other major UAE cities. Some remote areas may have limited or extended delivery times, which will be communicated at checkout or by our support team.

2. Delivery Timings

·       Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 4:00 PM (UAE time).

·       Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the following day.

·       Delivery slots are available between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on location and product type.

·       During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Eid, Mother’s Day, etc.), delivery windows may vary.

3. Delivery Charges

·       Delivery fees vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.

·       Orders above a certain purchase amount (as specified on the website) may qualify for free delivery within select areas.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp confirmation with delivery details.
Our team may contact you or the recipient to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Recipient Unavailability

If the recipient is unavailable:

·       Our team will attempt to contact them for redelivery within the same day.

·       If unreachable, the delivery may be rescheduled or redirected as per the customer’s instruction.

·       Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduling.

6. Delivery Accuracy

Please ensure that recipient name, address, and contact number are entered accurately during checkout. FlowerSouq LLC will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.

7. International Shipping

At present, FlowerSouq LLC ships within the UAE only. International delivery options will be introduced soon.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and coordinate the next available delivery slot.
